Hi, I’m Cat! I attended Dalhousie University where I completed a BScKIN and a MScPT. Since finishing school, I’ve worked in private clinics in PEI, BC, and now NS. My approach is very movement focussed, with exercises prescribed or modified for each person based on their needs and goals. I love working with active individuals and finding ways to keep them moving through injury. As a part of symptom management, I implement a combination of dry needling/ IMS + estim, manual therapy, manipulation, cupping, and soft tissue techniques to take a well rounded approach.

After 5 years in practice, I took my pelvic health levels and haven’t looked back! Being able to better acknowledge pelvic health as well as treat the pelvic floor/ deep core has amplified my practice and understanding of the human body.

I love that I am able to treat a large spectrum of clients with a variety of conditions, and be able to pull knowledge from the different aspects of my training. If you’re symptoms are holding you back from the things you love, I’d be happy to help!

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, playing rugby, paddle-boarding, camping, and traveling; most of which I do with my dog and partner!
